The savings calculator is a planning tool. It estimates the effect of a value change using the current tax-to-value relationship supplied by the user. It does not predict a Board of Revision outcome, future levy changes, credits, exemptions, tax-bill timing, or the duration of a value reduction.

Fees and separate professional services

Arcadia’s standard contingent fee is 50% of the first year of tax savings, subject to a $300 minimum per property, with no contingent fee if there is no reduction. A particular engagement may have different written terms. Appraisal, legal services, or further appeals may involve separate professionals, separate fees, or a separate agreement when applicable.

Arcadia Advisors LLC is not a law firm. Legal services, when required, are provided by independent licensed counsel. Website use does not create an attorney-client relationship with counsel.
