Information you submit

When you use the property review, Arcadia may receive the property address, parcel information matched from available property data, answers about the property or transaction, notes you provide, and your name, email address, and phone number.

How Arcadia uses it

Arcadia uses submitted information to review the property, evaluate the valuation issue, contact you about the review, maintain internal case and lead records, improve the website workflow, protect the service from abuse, and meet business or legal obligations.

Property and county data

The website may combine the address you enter with property, parcel, assessment, tax, and transfer information from property-data sources and public records. Those sources can contain errors, delays, or unusual records, so Arcadia may verify important facts before relying on them.

Service providers

Arcadia uses service providers to operate the site and workflow. The current system uses Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Supabase for application data, and HubSpot for customer-relationship management. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Security and technical data

Cloudflare Turnstile and the hosting infrastructure may process normal technical request information needed to operate and protect the site. Arcadia’s property-review records do not intentionally store a visitor’s IP address as part of the submitted review record.

Retention

Arcadia may retain property-review and contact records for business, operational, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. Records may be archived or deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed.

Questions or requests
